THE Dress!

My dress is Allure: Style 8411

 The first thing I did when I got engaged was start looking for my dress! I went to about 5 bridal shops in 3 different cities.  The very first dress I tried on was always my favorite and after I couldn't find anything else I liked I thought that the first dress was the one.  I took my sister with me to look at it when I tried it on one last time before I bought it and she HATED it!! After that I realized that I was just settling for the dress and needed to look for something else.  We decided to go to one more bridal shop that day just to see if we could find anything and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! I knew when I saw it that this was the dress I was supposed to wear on my wedding day!

*My dress is the same as the one shown in the picture, however it is all white, not the tan color shown.  I will post more pictures of me in my dress as soon as I have my first fitting!

The Bling!

My ring is from the Radiant Star collection at Helzberg Diamonds.  It's 1ct TW and came with the wedding band as well.  I couldn't have picked a better ring myself, I LOVE it!

Bridal Shower

I will wear a dress for my bridal shower and rehersal dinner and we are having custom shirts made for my bachelorette party.

This is not the dress I am wearing to my bridal shower, but it was the closest I could find.  The only difference is that my dress is a solid grey color at the top and the sleeves are 3/4 length.

Bachelorette Party

I am a HUGE fan of the TV show Survivor.  I have never missed an episode in the 10 years that it has been on TV and was even voted "most likely to be on a reality TV show" in high school! ha! Therefore, we are making t-shirts to go with the "Survivor" theme for my bachelorette party that everyone will wear.
